Há quanto tempo vivem em Portugal e na cidade do Porto?
Vivemos no Porto há 14 meses.
How long have you been living in Portugal and in the city of Porto?
We have been living in Porto for 14 months now.

O que vos trouxe a Portugal?
Estamos reformados e não queremos voltar ao frio da Islândia, por isso escolhemos Portugal para viver.
What brought you to Portugal?
We are retired and do not want to go back to the cold in Iceland and we chose Portugal to live in.

O que mais vos chamou a atenção no Porto?
Muitas coisas chamaram a nossa atenção. O ambiente descontraído, a simpatia e a educação dos habitantes. O Porto é grande, mas também pequeno e intenso e, por último, mas não menos importante, muito bonito e com muita história.
What caught your attention the most in Porto?
Very many things have cought our attention. The relaxed atmosphere, the kindness and politeness of the inhabitants, Porto is big But also small and intensive, and last but not least very beautiful with a lot of history.

Como conheceram a Beneficência Familiar e o espaço ABF_Exercício?
Tínhamos acabado de chegar e andávamos à procura de um ginásio. Encontrámos um, mas era muito barulhento e cheio de testosterona. Queixei-me a um amigo que vive aqui há alguns anos e ele falou-me deste santuário que é a Associação.
How did you get to know A Beneficência Familiar and the ABF_Exercício space?
We had just arrived and were looking for a gym, we found one but it was very noisy and full of testosterone. I complained to a friend who has lived here for a few years and he told me about this sanctuary that is the Association!

O que mais gostam na Associação e neste espaço?
O acolhimento caloroso que tivemos, o ambiente alegre e o profissionalismo.
What do you like the most about the Association and this space?
The warm welcome that we got, the cheerful atmosphere and the professionalism.

O que é o mutualismo para vocês?
Um serviço bom, saudável e encorajador para as pessoas do Porto.
What is mutualism for you?
A good, healthy and encouraging service for the people of Porto.
